FLY BACK FREE* TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. You must register your Fly Back Free Award (Award) at www.myARIAaward.com before using it. Only the person who received the Award can register it and must be the traveler. The Award is non-transferable. Only one Award can be redeemed per hotel stay. Only one Award can be redeemed per calendar quarter.
  2. Award must be registered within 30 days of hotel check out. Questions regarding this Award should be directed to Please include your product ID and serial number in your email.
  3. Your Award entitles you to receive ONE free excursion roundtrip airline ticket for travel between any major airport (an airport served by at least three major airlines) in the Continental USA and Las Vegas, Nevada, up to a maximum base fare of $350. If the base fare exceeds $350, the additional amount is the responsibility of the award recipient. If the Award is redeemed for less than its full potential value ($350), the Award holds no residual value for future travel. Air travel and hotel check-in and check-out dates must correspond.
  4. The value of the Award will be applied to the base fare of the Award recipient's ticket only. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. These taxes and fees include, but are not limited to: the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement at a U.S. airport (up to a maximum of $10.00 per round-trip) and Passenger Facility Charges of up to $4.50 per segment (up to a maximum of $18.00 per round-trip). Segment Fee of $3.60 per segment.
  5. Your travel must be booked by the booking expiration date shown when you register your Award. Travel must be completed within six (6) months of booking.
  6. Your return trip must include a minimum stay of two nights at Aria Hotel and Casino or Vdara in Las Vegas, Nevada. Room rate will be calculated using the regular and promotional rates posted on the hotels' websites provided such rates are available to the general public and are commissionable at the time of booking. You are responsible for the cost of transportation between the airport and the hotel.
  7. The Award is combinable with other promotional rates shown on the hotels' websites provided such rates are available to the general public and are commissionable.
  8. The return trip (hotel and air) must be booked through ATG (CST# 2001330-10, Florida Seller of Travel Registration #35395 and Nevada Seller of Travel Registration No. 240000054) by calling the toll-free number provided when you register your Award.
  9. 21-day advance booking is required. The office that will book your travel is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, except holidays. To reach a travel agent during the hours the office is open, you may need to call more than 21 days prior to your intended departure date.
  10. This offer is subject to the availability of specific classes of airline and hotel inventory at the time of reservation, so the farther in advance you can make your travel plans, the easier it will be to accommodate your specific preferences for date and time of travel. Both flights and hotel accommodations may be difficult or impossible to obtain during holiday periods.
  11. Upon issuance of airline tickets, passengers are subject to all rules and regulations of the issuing airline, including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes of itinerary. The names of the passengers cannot be changed. Changes or cancellations to the original booking may be subject to additional fees charged by the airline, ATG or both. Changes and/or cancellations to the original booking must be made through ATG. If changes are made directly with the airline, the Award will be voided and the discount may be charged back to the purchaser's credit card.
  12. Taxes and fees on the airline ticket as well as the full cost of any additional tickets and hotel accommodations must be paid at the time of booking using a major credit card. This program cannot be combined with any other promotional program.
  13. ATG has sole discretion of air carrier selected. Travel may be either non-stop, direct or on flights that require changing airplanes.
  14. ATG has no control over schedule changes, canceled or oversold flights. Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the validating carrier and subject to federal regulations.
  15. ATG has final authority on all ticketing, pricing and availability decisions.
